The patent relates to formation of ‘crypto-objects’, that link physical objects to a blockchain through the use of unique identifiers or ‘fingerprints‘.
UN agency finds US, Asian companies seek most Artificial Intelligence patents

The UN’s intellectual property organization says companies in Japan, South Korea and US are the top filers of patent applications involving artificial intelligence. Similarly, WIPO report says that IBM and Microsoft have the most AI patent applications, followed by Toshiba, Samsung and NEC.
